Movie Onset Tragedy: Building Worker Dies On Set Of Blade Runner Sequel

A Hungarian man has been killed in an accident on the set of the upcoming Blade Runner sequel.
The construction worker died work during the dismantling of the set on a sound stage at Budapest's Origo Studios.

In a statement, Origo Studios said: "The worker was underneath a platform, upon which the set was constructed, when it suddenly collapsed."
The cause of the accident is not yet known.
The new Blade Runner film was not shooting at studio at the time of the tragedy.
A spokeswoman for the film studio said she was unable to confirm any other details about the deceased.
Harrison Ford is reprising his role as Rick Deckard in the sequel, which also stars Ryan Gosling, Robin Wright and Jared Leto.
The follow-up to Ridley Scott's 1982 sci-fi classic is being directed by Denis Villeneuve, who previously worked on Sicario and Prisoners, and is set several decades after the original.
Scott is an executive producer on the highly anticipated movie, which is set for release in October 2017.
