Nigeria - The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confirmed media reports that a former Comptroller-General, Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Alhaji Abdullahi Dikko, returned N1 billion to the Federal Government.

South Africa - In his first public appearance since investigators documented signs of government corruption, South African President Jacob Zuma told supporters on Saturday he wasn't scared to go to prison because he had been jailed during apartheid.
