Upon her return from lesser Hajj, Aisha Buhari has a message for Nigerians

The wife of the president, Mrs Aisha Buhari, has urged Nigerians not to relent in their prayers and good deed for Nigeria to prosper among the comity of nations.

She made the plea shortly after her arrival at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Saturday, February 11, from Saudi Arabia where she performed the lesser Hajj, The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reports.

The savage attack happened in Botswana with the victim, a 33-year-old unnamed man, required emergency intervention to sew his privates back on. The couple were said to have fallen out after the woman said to be 32 arrived home a day late from church, according to Mirror UK.

Trump says he will bring down the price of wall on Mexico's border

President Donald Trump pushed back early on Saturday on assertions that the wall he wants built on the U.S. border with Mexico would cost more than anticipated and said he would reduce the price.

Trump made his comments in two Twitter posts but did not say how he would bring down the cost of the wall.

Iran holds eight foreigners planning attacks

Iranian security forces have arrested eight hardline Sunni Islamists suspected of planning attacks to disrupt celebrations for Iran's Islamic revolution in the past week, Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi said on Saturday.

Alavi said the eight were "Takfiri" foreigners, some of whom were linked to a "Takfiri" leader who had been killed in Iran, IRNA reported. He did not give details of which countries they were from.

Rafael Nadal’s coach and uncle Toni Nadal has said he will no longer accompany the tennis great on tour, complaining that he is being shut out of decision-making.

Heaviest woman, leaves Egypt for treatment in Mumbai

A 36-year-old Egyptian woman Eman Ahmed, reportedly the heaviest in the world, at 500 kilogrammes reached Mumbai on Saturday for surgery.

She entered Mumbai in a cargo plane with hopes high that several rounds of surgery could help her reduce weight.

Ahmed has gained weight since she was a child.

She has already suffered a stroke that left her right arm and leg paralysed and affected her speech, according to the Save Eman online campaign page, which is raising money for her treatment.

A foundation laying structure for the proposed Nigerian Army Battalion at Ungwan Yashi area of Zangon Kataf local government in Southern Kaduna has been destroyed by unknown persons.

The Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, and Governor El-Rufai had last Saturday, February 4, laid the foundation for the establishment of the battalion as a response to the incessant killings occurring in Southern Kaduna.

Nigeria - Wife of the President Aisha Buhari arrived the country on Saturday, February 11, after her trip to lesser pilgrimage made by Muslims to Mecca.

Her arrival was disclosed by Zaynab Ikaz- Kassim, the assistant to Mrs Buhari, via her twitter account @Miss_Ikaz.

Recall that On Thursday, January 19, Buhari departed Abuja to the United Kingdom on a 10-day vacation during which he would undergo routine medical check-ups.

Nigeria - Amid expectations of President Buhari's return from UK this weekend, there are indications the number one citizen has already said he would only come back to Nigeria when his doctors certify him well enough to return.

According to Premium Times, the president revealed this much in the letter he sent to the National Assembly to extend his vacation.
