An 18-year-old man has been charged with impersonating a doctor after he was allegedly caught examining patients at a fake clinic.
Police in Florida said Malachi Love-Robinson was arrested on Tuesday after he performed an exam on an undercover agent and gave medical advice.
The teen is charged with practising medicine without a licence, fraud and grand theft.
He was released from Palm Beach County jail on Wednesday on $21,000 (£14,700) bond.
Love-Robinson's arrest occurred just over a year after he allegedly wandered the halls of a Florida hospital for a month posing as a doctor.
Witnesses said the teen donned a white lab coat, a stethoscope and a surgical mask as he made his way around facility's obstetrics and gynaecology department.
No charges were filed at the time, and the hospital said Love-Robinson never had access to patients.
Police said the teen's latest ruse involved him opening a medical office in West Palm Beach, and presenting himself as a certified medical doctor.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said authorities launched an undercover operation after receiving a tip that someone was practising medicine without a licence.
"During this undercover operation, Love-Robinson performed a physical exam on an undercover agent and offered medical advice," the sheriff's office said in a news release.
Love-Robinson's grandfather, William Robinson, told the Sun Sentinel newspaper his grandson never claimed to be a medical doctor, only a "holistic doctor".
