Police are hunting a man who allegedly kicked a pregnant woman in the torso and caused her to lose her baby in a racist attack.
The woman was attacked after she had earlier been racially abused in a Co-op store in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
The alleged offender followed her to her car where he attacked a second victim, a 40-year-old man, hitting him over the head with a bottle and bag of ice.
He then kicked the woman, causing her to fall to the floor.
She was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital for treatment but doctors were unable to save her baby. She has since been discharged.
The man who was attacked was also taken to Milton Keynes General and treated for head wounds.
Both have since been discharged.
Police have issued a CCTV image and are appealing for anyone who knows the man shown to get in touch.
The attack happened at 9.40pm on Saturday 6 August.
Investigating officer, PC Richard Armitage, said: "This racially aggravated assault had absolutely devastating consequences for the victim, who lost her baby as a result of the attack.
"A thorough investigation is underway and we would like to speak to the man pictured as he may have information which could help with the investigation."
Police have yet to comment on the ethnic background of the person or persons attacked.
