Nigeria - Billionaire Kidnapper, Chukwudubem Onwuamadike, popularly known as Evans was last week arrested by the Lagos state police command.
Since his arrest, the man, believed to be the richest kidnap kingpin in Nigeria, has been making so many revelations.
