NEWS: NIGERIA - Court grants Dasuki, others bail over N9.6billion fraud


Justice Peter Affect of the Federal High Court in Abuja, this morning granted embattled former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda, former director of finance at the office of the NSA, Shuaibu Salisu; a N250 million bail each over their involvement in a N9.6 billion fraud.

The presiding judge granted the accused persons bail in the sum of N250 million each with a surety in like sum. He ruled that the surety must be a civil servant, serving or retired and not less than the rank of a director. He added that the accused persons should submit their passports with the court registrar and that they must notify the court before traveling outside Abuja.
