Again, Manchester United set to outbid Chelsea for Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko

Manchester United are ready to beat Chelsea to another player – this time Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Having hijacked a deal for Romelu Lukaku from Everton, United are threatening to stun their Premier League rivals for the second time in a matter of days.

The Red Devils have told Monaco, they are willing to pay more than £40million for the 22-year-old midfielder.

Chelsea have been invited to improve their best offer which stands at £37m, which has not been formally accepted.
Although the player prefers a move to London, the Ligue 1 champions will take the best price they can get.

It will come as another bitter blow to Antonio Conte, if another of his top targets not only escapes from his grasp but is added to Jose Mourinho’s squad.
