Emergency services at the scene in Bellingham

Five people have been injured - three critically - after a car hit a wall and ploughed into a group of pedestrians in London.
The accident took place in Bromley Road in Bellingham, Lewisham south east London at 8.20 on Sunday morning.
Police, paramedics and an air ambulance were called after receiving reports that a Mercedes had collided with a wall before running into the group.

The five injured people - four men and a woman, believed to be aged between 25 and 46 years - were treated at the roadside before being taken to south and east London hospitals.
Three of the pedestrians, a 35-year-old woman and two 25-year-old men, remain in a critical condition.
Two other men, aged 36 and 46 are in a stable condition and their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Paramedics confirmed the group were all treated for head, chest and leg injuries.
The driver of the car was detained at the scene, and has now been arrested under suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He was also arrested on suspicion of drink driving before being taken to hospital to receive treatment for a head injury.
Police have said the accident which took place outside a manual car wash opposite a row of shops close to the Catford bus garage - was not terror-related.
Roads around the area remain closed while investigations take place.
