Nigeria - Operatives of the Department of State Services in Abuja, on Monday, interrogated the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleiman, for several hours.
Suleman arrived at the headquarters of the DSS at Asokoro, Abuja, with a few of his followers at 8.32pm.

A former governor, who was said to have assured the security agents that the pastor would honour the invitation, allegedly brought the fiery clergyman to the DSS for questioning.
Unlike in the morning when many of his followers and members of his church stationed themselves around the headquarters of the DSS, just a few of them were around the premises when he visited at night.
The few members who came were seen at Aso Drive in four cars.
In the morning, when he was expected to visit the DSS, several security apparatus were on the ground to allegedly curtail the excesses of the church members who had pledged to follow the preacher to the DSS for interrogation.
Apart from the gun-carrying DSS operatives, policemen drawn from the Anti-Terrorism Squad, riot and regular policemen, both in uniform and plain clothes were also seen around the premises of the DSS headquarters.
Also, regular soldiers, drawn from the Guard Brigade, were present to provide adequate security.
Officers and men of the Guard Brigade came with more than seven vehicles, while no fewer than three Armed Personnel Carriers were also stationed in the area.
A source close to him said the cleric was already preparing to leave for the DSS office before he was asked to delay his coming till 8pm.
As of the time of filing this report, Suleman was still busy writing his statement, but a source close to him said he would be allowed to go home.
“We are leaving here in the next few minutes. He’s not sleeping here,” the source added.
He was later released by the DSS at about 10.48pm.
