Kanye West is reportedly out of hospital - a week after being admitted with exhaustion.
TMZ reported on Wednesday the rapper is back home with his wife Kim Kardashian West and their children.
West, 39, was taken to the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at the University of California a week ago after police responded to a call for help.
Sources close to the rapper said he was struggling to cope with a "spiritual crisis", and remaining dates on his world tour were abruptly cancelled.
Representatives of the couple have so far declined to comment on his condition.
E! News quoted an unnamed source as saying he was still feeling "weak" and "drained".
Production of Kardashian West's E! Network reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, "has not been halted", a spokesperson said.
West's time in hospital follows a demanding couple of months for him and his wife after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
Two men entered the apartment where Kardashian West was staying and held a gun to her head.
They then locked her in the bathroom before escaping with £8m worth of jewellery including a £3.5m ring.
The 35-year-old, who had gone to Paris for the French capital's fashion week, was "badly shaken but physically unharmed," police said.
