Germany have ended Nigeria's hope of heroics to gold in the Rio Olympics after a very easy 2-0 win against the Dream team.
The Germans were the better team on the night in Sao Paulo as they defeated the African champions who will now settle for a bronze medal match against Honduras who were annihilated 6-0 by Brazil.
Germany edged their way to a gold medal match against Brazil as they defeated Nigeria 2-0 at the Arena Corinthians in Sao Paulo on Wednesday with goals from Klostermann and Petersen.
