Jose Mourinho has officially pulled out of this weekend’s Soccer Aid charity game, and has been replaced by everyone’s favourite dancing manager Sam Allardyce.

The new Manchester United boss was set to take charge of England at Old Trafford, going head-to-head with Premier League champion Claudio Ranieri.

However, Mourinho has now pulled out of the star-studded encounter in order to focus on his new role as United boss.

Allardyce, who guided Sunderland to safety in 2015-16 before dancing the night away in Marbella, will subsequently manage the side and has expressed his delight on Twitter.

Allardyce famously claimed that he “out-tacticked’ Mourinho during his time at West Ham; let’s hope he can bring the charity cup home for the Three Lions!
