Manchester Police nab another bomb attack suspect

Police in England arrested a man Friday morning in connection to Monday’s terror attack at an Ariana Grande concert that left 22 people dead, Greater Manchester Police announced.
“This morning (Friday 26 May 2017) we have arrested a man in the Moss Side area,” the police department tweeted.

Manchester suicide bomber's movements 'caught on CCTV'

Police believe these images show Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi in the moments after he bought the rucksack used in his deadly attack.
One CCTV picture appears to show a sales tag hanging from the bag.
The images were taken in the Arndale shopping centre in Manchester at around 8pm last Friday, three days before the bombing in which he killed 22 people and himself.

Manchester Attack: Three more arrests in bomber investigation

Three more men have been arrested as police continue to investigate whether Manchester Arena bomber Salman Abedi acted alone.
Police arrested the three in the city on Wednesday. Abedi's 23-year-old brother was arrested on Tuesday.

23-year old arrested in connection with Manchester attack that killed 22, claimed by Islamic State



A suicide bomber killed at least 22 people and wounded 59 at a packed concert hall in the English city of Manchester in what Prime Minister Theresa May called a sickening act targeting children and young people.
Islamic State, now being driven from territories in Syria and Iraq by Western-backed armed forces, claimed the attack as revenge against "Crusaders".

Several explosions have rocked  Manchester Arena, in northern England, at the end of American Ariana Grande gig Monday night.
The number of casualties is yet unknown, but multiple reports said several people died while many were injured. It was not clear whether the blasts were the handiwork of terrorists.

Another sad news from Manchester England! Fire destroys historic 19th century church in Salford

A 19th century Grade II-listed church has been destroyed by fire in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Firefighters were called to the Church of the Ascension in Ascension Road, Lower Broughton, shortly before midnight on Sunday.
Six fire crews battled the flames as they destroyed the roof of the church, which was built in 1869, bringing the blaze under control in the early hours of Monday.

In England, man charged after 'explosive' package found at Manchester Airport

A man has been charged with making or possessing an explosive under suspicious circumstances after a suspect package was discovered at Manchester Airport.
Nadeem Muhammed, 43, of Tinline Street, Bury, is accused of the offence, which comes under the Explosive Substance Act of 1883, following an incident in January.

House blast injures five people in Manchester



At least five people have been hurt after an explosion in the Manchester suburb of Blackley.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said five crews had been sent to the scene to deal with a partial collapse of terraced house.
