At least five people have been hurt after an explosion in the Manchester suburb of Blackley.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said five crews had been sent to the scene to deal with a partial collapse of terraced house.
Pictures showed rubble and interior furniture and furnishings strewn over the street in front of the house, which is in Cecil Road.
Much of the front wall appears to have come down and the roof is also badly damaged.
North West Ambulance Service said at least five people have been injured, with three walking wounded being treated at the scene.
The service said on Twitter that two have been seriously hurt but has since said cannot confirm their condition.
The fire service said three people have been taken to hospital.
Firefighters have been using dogs, thermal imaging and void cameras to search the debris for any other victims.
It is being treated as a suspected gas explosion at present.
One of the councillors for the area, Cllr John Farrell, said on Twitter that two houses have been "very severely damaged".
