Breaking!!! Neymar finally cleared to make PSG debut this sunday

Brazilian international, Neymar has been cleared to make his Paris Saint-Germain debut away at Guingamp this weekend.
The player completed a €222 million move to the French capital last week.

Neymar could not make his maiden PSG appearance in the 2-0 win over Amiens at Parc des Princes last Saturday because his former club had not confirmed that they had received the fee in full, which meant his international transfer certificate, ITC, could not be granted.
The French Football Federation on Friday, “confirmed receipt of the certificate of transfer of @neymarjr sent by the RFEF [Spanish FA]” in a tweet lunchtime.
It means the final hurdle for the player to make his PSG bow on Sunday has now been cleared.
