Just yesterday, Veteran Nollywood actor, Segun Arinze shared a photo of his daughter, Renny who just clocked twenty.
In his post, he had wished her great wisdom,, good health, as he prayed that whatever she lays her hands on shall prosper. The highly rated movie actor also appreciated his ex wife for raising their daughter.
In response, Renny had thrown shades at her father for tagging members of the public and bloggers, but couldn’t tag her the celebrant. She went further to say he didn’t have the courtesy to call her on her birthday, but went online playing the “good dad”. As she told him to stop the parade of false love.
As if the shading wasn’t enough, she ended her comment as follows.
” ONE MORE THING SIR, MY MOTHER’S NAME IS SPELT “ANNE” NOT ANN. STOP BEING THE RAIN ON MY PARADE AND STOP SPREADING THE LIES. I HAVE NEVER INSULTED YOU. STOP THESE LIES”.
Going by her comments, we can deduce that she and her father are not in good terms. Its the joy of every parent to see their children grow older, but Renny obviously wasn’t in the mood for any of such birthday pleasantries.
Could it be that she and her dad are not even in talking terms, as he didn’t call her on her birthday? Lets just take it as a birthday wish gone sour, and hope the veteran actor will put his house together.
