Nigeria - Hon. James Gbande, a lawmaker representing Kwande East Constituency in Benue state, was reportedly asked to kneel and apologize to Governor Samuel Ortom.
This follows Gbande's accusation on the governor of not doing enough to end the killings by Fulani herdsmen in his constituency.
Recall that about 15 persons on Monday, April 3, lost their lives in a fresh crisis between Fulani Herdsmen and farmers in Turan communities in Kwande local government area of Benue state.
