A plane attempting to take off in Indonesia hit another aircraft which was being towed off the runway.
The collision set alight the wing of the Boeing 737-800, operated by Batik Air, and passengers were forced to evacuate using the plane's inflatable slides.
TV footage showed fire engines and ambulances on the runway as the plane burned at the airport in Jakarta.
"All passengers and crew were safely evacuated," the Indonesian transportation ministry said in a statement
Halim Perdanakusuma airport, which services mainly domestic flights, was closed until further notice.
Air travel has boomed in Indonesia but safety remains a concern.
Indonesia has experienced two major air crashes since late 2014, when an Air Asia plane carrying 162 passengers crashed into the Java Sea.
