Football became irrelevant on Tuesday evening, as French and English fans came together to sing the Marseillaise in a show of solidarity following Friday's tragedyWembley paid a touching and emotional tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris, as the entire stadium came together in an act of solidarity to sing the French national anthem.

Fans from both nations stood shoulder to shoulder to honour the victims from Friday's attacks, with the words to the Marseillaise shown on the scoreboard for English fans to join in.
The French team had earned a standing ovation as they entered the field to warm-up, and were again greeted with warm applause and support as both sides walked out of the tunnel prior to kick off.
The team were led out by a French flag sporting the motto 'Liberté, égalité, fraternité' - liberty, equality, fraternity - before floral tributes were laid out by The Duke of Cambridge, Roy Hodgson, Didier Deschamps and others.
The England anthem, God Save The Queen, was sung first, before the entire stadium, which was taken over by a giant French flag mosaic in the away end, joined together to sing the French national anthem.
After that rousing rendition came a moment of reflection as the players came together for a joint team picture before observing a minute's silence, with both sets of players spread out around the centre circle.
