New Hampshire used to be Clinton country.

Bill became known as the "Comeback Kid" after a good second place here in the 1992 primary that propelled him on to the White House.

In 2008 Hillary Clinton won the primary, beating Barack Obama. It was her comeback moment after she had lost to Illinois senator in Iowa.

But this time the Clinton luck ran out.

WORLD NEWS: BUSINESS - Twitter shares drop on slowing user growth

Shares of Twitter fell in after-hours trading as the company's quarterly results showed user growth faltering.

Twitter reported a net loss of $90m (£62m) for the last three months of 2015 versus a loss of $125m a year ago.

The social media site saw its user growth stall, with 320 million average monthly active users - the same number as the previous quarter.

WORLD NEWS: US Senate votes for tougher North Korea sanctions after rocket and missile tests

The US Senate has voted unanimously in favour of tougher sanctions against North Korea, after the country's recent nuclear and rocket tests.

It targets anyone who directly or indirectly helps Pyongyang's weapons proliferation or human rights abuses.

The House of Representatives passed a similar bill last month.

WORLD ENTERTAINMENT - Harry Potter and the Cursed Child to be eighth book

An eighth Harry Potter book is to be released this summer - containing the script for a new stage play telling the wizard's story.

A hardback edition of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - Parts I & II will be released on 31 July, the day after the play has debuted on stage.

It sees Harry as a father and an overworked Ministry of Magic employee.

The play is from an original new story by JK Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany.

WORLD NEWS: US ELECTION 2016 - Republican Chris Christie ends bid for nomination

Republican Chris Christie has dropped out of the US presidential race after a disappointing finish in New Hampshire.

The New Jersey governor spent heavily and campaigned the longest in the state but still finished in sixth place.

Mr Christie joins former tech executive Carly Fiorina, who also left the race after struggling in Iowa and New Hampshire.

NEWS: NIGERIA - Two female suicide bombers attack IDP camp in Dikwa, Borno, killing 58

Two female bombers attacked an Internally-Displaced Persons, IDP, camp in Dikwa Local Government Area, Borno State, at about 6:30a.m. yesterday, and detonated their Improvised Explosive Devices, IEDS, killing about 58 persons.

However, the Executive Chairman of State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, Satomi Ahmed, told reporters that 30 were killed and 78 injured in the attack.

The naira suffered a slide down as renewed pressure on exchange rate surged, yesterday, at the parallel market segment, even as the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, window remained stable, The Forefront has learnt.

At two of the main market hubs in Lagos, Naira traded at N315 to one US Dollar as black market operators sold at high N318/USD1 but CBN’s rate remained at N197/ USD1, while interbank rate was N199.

The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, yesterday, urged President Muhammadu Buhari to ensure that his fight against corruption was conducted within the ambit of the law.

NBA, which is the umbrella body of legal practitioners in the country, decried what it described as over-zealousness by security agencies currently engaged in the prosecution of alleged corrupt persons, who it said had by their conduct, exhibited little regard for the due process of the law.

WORLD ENTERTAINMENT - Rapper DMX Resuscitated In Hotel Car Park

Rapper DMX has recovered after being found unconscious outside a hotel in New York on Monday, his lawyer says.

Officers were called to the Ramada Inn where they found a 45-year-old man with no pulse in the car park.

Yonkers Police Detective Lieutenant Patrick McCormack said privacy laws prevented him from identifying the man but that he was given medication by paramedics to reverse the effects of opioid drugs.

The chief of North Korea's military has been executed by order of the country's leader, Kim Jong-Un, according to reports.

General Ri Yong-Gil, chief of the General Staff of the Korean People's Army, was killed last week after being accused of corruption and other charges of pursuing personal gains, sources told the Yonhap agency.

Adam Johnson has admitted one count of sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl and one count of grooming.

However, the Sunderland winger continues to deny two charges of sexual activity with the same child.
