WORLD NEWS: Police Use Tear Gas On Migrants At Greece-Macedonia Border

Macedonian police have fired tear gas after migrants and refugees broke through a gate on the country's border with Greece.

Thousands of people have been stuck on the Greek side of the border as Macedonian officials allow only a trickle of people through each day.

Frustration boiled over on Monday, with a few hundred people breaking through the gate, chanting "open the border" and throwing stones at Macedonian police, according to reports.

Moro was remanded at Kuje prison after he pleaded not guilty to an 11-count criminal charge that was preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. Equally remanded in prison custody was ‎a Deputy Director in the ministry, Mr. F. O Alayebami.

A Briton has died after collapsing close to the finishing line of a marathon in Malta, Sky sources have confirmed.

The 55-year-old man became ill near the end of the 2016 Vodafone Malta Marathon in the popular seaside town of Sliema.

The athlete was said to have collapsed less than a mile from the finish, according to local newspaper reports.

About 30 children have reportedly died, following what Imo State Government called “fresh outbreak of diarrhoea” in the state.

According to a post in Imo State Government Blog, picked up by Vanguard weekend, the administration disclosed that diarrhoea is relatively common in remote areas of the state.

Nurse Pauline Cafferkey has today been discharged from hospital after being treated for a third time since contracting Ebola.

Confirming the news, the Royal Free Hospital in London said: "We can confirm that Pauline is not infectious.

"The Ebola virus can only be transmitted by direct contact with the blood or bodily fluids of an infected person while they are symptomatic."

WORLD NEWS: IRAQ - 70 killed in Baghdad suicide bombings

Report just reaching the Forefront has it that at least 70 people have been killed and more than 100 wounded in twin suicide bombings in Baghdad, officials said.

The bombings in a Shi'ite district of the Iraqi capital - Sadr City - were claimed by Islamic State.

Police said two suicide bombers riding motorcycles blew themselves up in a crowded mobile phone market.
