#RevolutionNow: DSS says Sowore's protesters are unruly, attempted to force themselves to release him
Nigeria - The Department of State Services (DSS) on Tuesday, November 19th expressed dissatisfaction over what its described as unruly behaviour of protesters who attempted to force themselves into the facility of DSS to seek the release of Sowore.

Peter Afunanya, the Public Relations Officer of the Service, said officials had been receiving threats since it insisted that the protesters were not the kind of persons to take possession of Sowore.

#RevolutionNow: Falana blasts DSS over refusal to release Sowore: See you in court
Nigeria - Femi Falana, a senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN), says legal measures will be taken against the Department of State Services (DSS) over its refusal to release Omoyele Sowore, convener of the #RevolutionNow Movement.
A federal high court in Abuja had on Wednesday ordered the release of Sowore alongside Olawale Adebayo better known as “Mandate”, but the DSS did not comply with the order.

The Justice Taiwo Taiwo-led court said there was no longer a subsisting order holding Sowore in detention, hence the need to grant him bail.

#RevolutionNow: DSS says Sowore plotted to violently topple Govt
The Department of State Services (DSS) has said its investigation so far revealed that the “RevolutionNow” movement was a smokescreen for the actual intention of Omoyele Sowore and his allies “to topple the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
The DSS said it engaged in a painstaking investigation of Sowore’s activities in view of the quantum of evidence so far gathered and may return to court to seek an extension of the 45 days granted it by the Federal High Court, Abuja to detain him.
