Lesotho has the lowest COVID-19 cases in Africa with only four and two casualties, the World Health Organisation (WHO) has disclosed.
This was contained in the situation reports released to journalists by the organisation.
The Southern Africa nation is closely followed by Seychelles and Namibia with 11 and 25 cases respectively with no death.
