Confirmation of Emir Sanusi's arrival at Nasarawa community

Nigeria - The deposed Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has arrived Loko, the community in Nasarawa State where has been banished to.

He arrived Loko Development Area at about 2:3am today Tuesday March 10th.


The traditional ruler of Loko, Abubakar Ahmed Sabo, who confirmed Sanusi's arrival to newsmen, said 
“Yes, Emir Sanusi is in my palace. He arrived this morning around 3 a.m., but no one will be allowed to speak with him,” he said.

The former Emir of Knao was dethroned by the Kano state government on Monday March 9th.
