A Spanish man has crossed the Pacific ocean on a paddleboard in 76 days.
Antonio de la Rosa travelled from the west coast of the USA to Hawaii, a distance of 2,500 miles (4,023km), in a submarine-shaped craft, paddling for between eight to 10 hours every day.
Mr de la Rosa celebrated his 50th birthday at sea and arrived in Honolulu on Saturday.
He said he is feeling "a bit tired".
He was able to sleep at night but had to wake up every hour to check his gear.
Mr de la Rosa, from Spain, runs an adventure tourism business and says he enjoys adventurous holidays.
He said he doesn't think anyone has completed the trip before and said it was a record because "I certify it".
