Nigeria - The death has occurred of veteran actor, Alhaji Kasimu Yero at his house in Kaduna on Sunday after a protracted illness .
He was buried in Magajin Gari, Zaria in Kaduna sate at 2pm according to Islamic rites.
It was a dark Sunday for many, especially the Hausa Film Industry as he was described as an equivalent to Hollywood's Clark Gable.
Kasimu Yero was a famous Nigerian actor who made his name playing iconic characters, mainly villains, in TV series or films.
