
Nigeria - A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Tuesday adjourned the N300m Fundamental Rights Enforcement Suit brought by billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly known as Evans, against the Nigerian Police Force to September 5th.
The court had earlier fixed August 29th to deliver its judgment, but Justice Justice Abdulaziz Anka fixed a new date after the police brought applications seeking to set aside the delivering of the judgment among others.
