Carrie Fisher had cocaine and other drugs in her system when she fell ill on a plane last year, a post mortem has found.
The Star Wars actress suffered a heart attack on a trans-Atlantic flight on 23 December and died in hospital in Los Angeles four days later.
Investigators say they believe Ms Fisher took cocaine at least three days before she died but could not say whether it contributed to her death.
Pathologists also found traces of heroin and ecstasy in her body.
The detailed report into her death said: "Ms Fisher suffered what appeared to be a cardiac arrest on the aeroplane accompanied by vomiting and with a history of sleep apnoea.
"Based on the available toxicological information, we cannot establish the significance of the multiple substances that were detected in Ms Fisher's blood and tissue, with regard to the cause of death."
Carrie Fisher had a long history of cocaine addiction in the 1980s and she also suffered from bi-polar disorder.
She was 60 when she died.
