NIGERIA - ABIA GOVERNORSHIP TUSSLE: OGAH ARRIVES ABIA TO A WELCOMING CROWD



Dr. Uche Ogah, president of Masters Energy Limited, fell into the waiting hands of a huge crowd at the Owerri Airport  in Imo State enroute Umuahia, Abia State.
Shortly after the airport reception, Uche Ogah immediately proceeded to Umuahia for the swearing-in ceremony in the Abia State capital.

The President of Masters Energy Limited who  recently got a ruling from the Federal High Court in Abuja  that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)  issue  a certificate of return to him, since he came second in the PDP primary and having found the Governor Okezie Ikpeazu guilty of tax evasion.
Ikpeazu had got an injunction restraining the Chief Justice of Abia State from swearing-in Ogah, but Ogah said he has a superior mandate from the Chief Justice of Federation for him to be sworn-in as Governor.
