Over 22,000 people have been evacuated from a music festival in Spain after a massive fire ravaged the main stage.

Crowds fled the Tomorrowland Unite concert, which was taking place in Barcelona's Parc de Can Zam, just hours before DJ Steve Aoki was due to perform.

President Trump lashes out at China over North Korea ICBM tests

US President Donald Trump warned Saturday that he would not allow China to "do nothing" on North Korea, after the hermit state launched an intercontinental ballistic missile it boasted could reach the United States.

Australian police foil plot to 'bring down an airplane'

Police disrupted the first alleged plot in Australia to bring down an airplane and arrested four men in raids on Sydney homes, officials said Sunday.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said that security has been increased at Sydney Airport since Thursday because of the plot. The increased security measures also were extended to all major international and domestic terminals around Australia overnight.

Nigerian Airforce deploys armed helicopter and personnel to Southern Kaduna over unrest

Nigeria - As part of efforts to restore peace to Southern Kaduna, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has deployed an armed helicopter with force protection elements and other logistics support to Kafanchan, Kaduna State. 

A statement signed by Air Force spokesman, Air Commodore Olatokunbo Adesanya, in Abuja, yesterday, said the deployment, which was at the instance of the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, was to complement efforts of the surface forces already on ground to keep peace in the area.
