SGF Mustapha stops distribution of fez caps displaying Buhari's campaign in FEC meeting
Nigeria - The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, has halted the distribution of fez caps and branded materials promoting the candidacy of President Muhammadu Buhari for the 2019 election.

He gave the notice, yesterday, during the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Weekly Federal Executive Council meeting cancelled tomorrow for this reason>

Nigeria - Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has said the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting (FEC) will not hold Wednesday.
According to him, the meeting was canceled by President Muhammadu Buhari, because the Eid-el-KABIR holiday deprived the ministers adequate time to prepare the documents for the meeting.

FEC approves $40m for Nigeria-Cameroon Link Bridge

The Federal Government has approved $3.9 billion (N12. 280 billion), sourced from the African Development Bank (ADB) for the construction of the Nigeria/Cameroon border link bridge at Ikot-Efiom in Cross River State.
The project is being funded under the bank’s support for improving relations between Cameroon and Nigeria following the International Court of Justice (ICJ) judgment, which ceded Bakassi to Cameroon.
