Nigeria - Police have arrested another gang member of the notorious armed robbers that killed 33 people including 9 policemen during a robbery at a bank in Offa town, Kwara State.

Operatives of the Intelligence Response Team led by a Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, had initially arrested other suspects in connection with the April 5, bloody bank robbery.
The additional suspects were apprehended in Kwara, Oyo and Kogi States and are assisting the police to track down other accomplices.
The latest suspects belonged to the Michael Adikwu’s gang, the dismissed policeman who is also an ex-convict.
Adikwu reportedly led police officers to the hideout of the gang members where they were arrested.
It was gathered that they would soon be brought to Abuja to be paraded before journalists.
