Nigerian player who scored 14 goals in one match signs for Liverpool

English footballer of Nigerian descent, Rinsola Babajide who was on target fourteen times in a football game two years ago has signed with Liverpool Football Club.

Rinsola Babajide scored 14 goals in the second half of a game between the University of East London (UEL) women’s football team in their 40-0 demolition of the University College London at the British Universities and College Sports (BUCS) cup game in November 2016.

The lady who currently flies England’s colours in age group games announced her first professional club signing to Liverpool Ladies FG on Thursday.
“I’m so delighted and honoured to have signed my first professional contract with Liverpool Ladies FC,” she wrote on her IG page.
“It’s most definitely a proud day for my family and I. I wanna thank the big man himself, @johnsorzi for turning my dreams to reality, my family and real friends for the support and the almighty above πŸ™πŸΎ❤️. This is only the beginning. I can’t wait to get started #OnceDoubted #InGodiTrust.”
