Eight were wounded in Sunday's bombing which occurred outside a football stadium shortly after the end of a rally in support of President Ashraf Ghani.

A woman and child were among six civilians killed when a suicide bomber on a motorbike detonated explosives, local officials said.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, which came a day after bombings which killed two members of Afghanistan's intelligence agency in Jalalabad, Nangarhar province.
Militants fired a rocket at a private TV station, before two further blasts as security forces arrived at the scene.
Soldiers and civilians were among 10 people injured in the assault, which an Islamic State affiliate has claimed responsibility for.
IS jihadists have targeted the Afghan government in a number of terror attacks in Jalalabad this year.
In May, four attackers carried out a gun and bomb attack on the offices of state broadcaster RTA, killing six people and wounding 24.
One of the militants detonated a suicide bomb at the entrance to the compound, while the other three were killed in a gun battle with security forces
