Alas! Fidelity Bank charges former female staff for ‘stealing’

Nigeria - The Management of Fidelity Bank Plc, Lagos, has charged its former female staff, 31-year-old Adenike Okuneye before a Lagos Magistrate Court.
Okuneye was arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate Court, Lagos on a 3-count charge of felony to wit and stealing.

The suspect is alleged to have paraded herself as a staff of Fidelity Bank, collecting money from customers after her sack.
The accused wore the T-shirt bearing the bank in carrying out her forgery act.
She allegedly committed the offence between March and August, 2017.
Her luck ran out when one of the aggrieved customers of the bank who is aware she’s no longer with the bank reported her.
The accused, pleaded not guilty to the alleged crime in the court.
Magistrate, S.K Matepo granted her bail in the sum of N 50,000 with two sureties in like sum.
