Nigeria - The Rivers state sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Andrew A Kumapayi, conducted a general inspection on staff during the parade on Monday April 10.
It was learnt that their hair, uniform and finger nails were inspected and surprisingly, the hair of female staff who contravened some work place regulations was chopped off.
