Not a great news from France, four killed as apartment balcony collapses in Angers

Four people died and 14 others were injured after a balcony collapse in Angers, western France, authorities said.
The victims of the accident had been at a housewarming party when the third-floor balcony collapsed, Ouest France reported.

Falling debris also caused the balconies on the two lower floors to collapse.
No-one was on the two lower balconies at the time, according to AFP.
A spokesman for the city's university hospital said 10 people had been admitted, one of whom was in a serious condition.
Four others were treated at a clinic.
The duty manager at the hospital, Michel Pichon, told France Info radio that the injured people "were about 20 years old, certainly students".
The apartment block was built in the 2000s, France Info reports.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident, which happened shortly before midnight on Saturday.
