The Plateau state Tourism Corporation in Jos has confirmed that the lion that escaped from the Jos wild life park this morning has been killed. Deputy general Manager of the Plateau state tourism corporation, Timothy Nyam confirmed in an interview that the lion was killed at the wildlife park as it approached the elephant area.The lion was shot dead today after it escaped from its enclosure at Jos Wildlife Park.
