NEWS: CONFIRMED - APC GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE TAKING THE LEAD IN THE KOGI ELECTION PRINCE AUDU ABUBAKAR IS DEAD. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED AS DISCLOSED



Prince Abubakar Audu was first reported to be dead by Sahara Reporters. After the news went viral, more details emerged as to how the former governor who was seeking another turn met his demise.

According to The Cable, sources say Audu complained of stomach cramps before going to bed last night.

He subsequently suffered a stroke this morning around 9am.

Later in the afternoon, after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared the election inconclusive, Audu suffered another stroke and passed away.

The 68 year old is survived by wives and children.
